Roodepoort residents are urged to attend a public meeting tomorrow, 11 March, with regards to the refuse issue in our area.
The meeting will be run by Ward 89 councillor, Amelia Bester and her ward committee members, and Pikitup’s service in general, as well as the Panorama Garden Site upgrade and management will be discussed.
The meeting will consist of Stella Wilson, Pikitup Depot Manager, addressing the community and answering questions about Pikitup, followed by announcements and closure.
Anyone who would like to speak to Stella or Amelia is asked to attend the meeting on 11 March. It will be held in the Phelindaba Council Chamber at the Roodepoort Civic Centre, 100 Christiaan de Wet Road, Florida from 6pm.
