On Sunday, 12 January, my wife, mother and children were on their way out. My wife misjudged the middle barrier on Albertina Sisulu Road and hit it, causing both right-side rims to buckle and the tyres to deflate.
A gentleman by the name of Nicolas stopped and not only offered to assist them, but also gave up his spare rim and tyre to assist my family so they could return home and we could get hers sorted.
All this happened while I was at work and, having to run a store, it was difficult for me to leave straight away.
You, Sir, are a true gentleman and a legend.
Things like these make me proud of our community.
Thank you kindly.
