Super Rugby to start in January
Bulls travel to Durban on the opening Friday night
Unless you are unfortunate enough to have already gone back to work, this Saturday will most likely be your final Saturday before putting the suit and tie back on. To add insult to injury, that suit may be slightly tighter than when you last wore it in December.
The thought of work may have you feeling ill, but do not stress, as the rugby gods have blessed us with an early start to 2020’s Super Rugby season. The season will begin in four weeks, on Friday 31 January. Here is a list of the opening weekend fixtures:
Friday 31 January:
– Blues vs Chiefs
– Brumbies vs Reds
– Sharks vs Bulls
Saturday 1 February:
– Sunwolves vs Rebels
– Crusaders vs Waratahs
– Stormers vs Hurricanes
– Jaguares vs Lions
Running uninterrupted from January to July, the 2020 Super Rugby season promises to be a cracker.
