Here are some easy and healthy lunch pack ideas to help you get all the energy and vitamins you need. These ideas will also work for school lunch packs, and will give the kids the energy and brain stimulation they need.

A healthy all in one easy Pasta Salad (leftover pasta with chopped zucchini, red onion, tomato, bell peppers, ham and salad dressing)
Cashews with dark chocolate chips
Kiwi fruit and blueberries

Salami with slices of any cheese
Crackers (any sort)
Radishes, cucumber, carrots and black olives
