A fire at the Peter Road Substation this morning, 6 December, has resulted in a widespread power outage.
According to City Power’s Twitter account, technicians are aware of the outage, and are just waiting for the smoke to clear, in order for them to enter the substation toe see what the issue is. No estimated time of restoration is available yet.
