Rush-hour traffic on CR Swart Road was marred by a violent act of road rage yesterday, 14 November. This video shows the moment a young man, whose identity is known to both the Roodepoort Record and the victim, brutally attacks a fellow motorist with his vehicle.

The incident occurred after the victim, Cornelius Pienaar, suspected the driver of the black VW Polo had made contact with his vehicle. In attempting to get the suspect’s details, the victim was then run over, sustaining two cracked ribs.
