Help the SPCA feed the animals in their care

The Roodepoort/ Krugersdorp SPCA is in desperate need of food for their animals.

The food stock for the SPCA located in Florida is running extremely low. After the Krugersdorp SPCA closed its doors in 2015, the Roodepoort SPCA has been taking in animals from both areas as a way to help.

The increased number of animals in their shelter means that food supplies run low a lot faster than they used to, which is why the NPO is asking for the community’s help with feeding the animals.

Just as we need to eat, so do our furry friends. The food they need is:

•Dry pellets for cats and dogs

•Tinned food for kittens and puppies that cannot eat pellets yet

•Grass for the livestock

Donations of food can be dropped off at the SPCA’s premises at 3 Nadine Street, Florida, Roodepoort.

All donations are welcome and greatly appreciated. If food cannot be dropped off, any monetary donations will be used to buy it when they are donated with the reference ‘Dog food’. To find out the banking details, call Mandy Cattanach (the manager of the Roodepoort/ Krugersdorp SPCA) on 011 672 0448.
