Florida Hiking and Adventure Club helping the Botanical Garden

After a long day of helping the environment a few members stayed to enjoy a picnic with their fellow members

Florida Hiking and Adventure Club organised a group clean-up day at the Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden on Sunday, 27 October.

Seventeen members came together that morning and covered every nook and cranny of the garden, picking up litter to make the Garden as spotless as can be.

After a long day of helping the environment, a few members stayed to enjoy a picnic with their fellow members and then rushed off home to watch some rugby and have a well-deserved cold drink or two.
