Drunk-driving offenders seem to be filling up the holding cells at the Honeydew Police Station, following the arrest of 52 suspects, mostly drivers under the influence of alcohol.
According to Honeydew Police spokesperson, Captain Balan Muthan, these arrests were made between 25 and 28 October.

All the suspects are due to make court appearances soon.
Muthan also warned motorists against drunk driving as the law will not have mercy on those who test positive.
