Four shops at the China Mall at Hillfox Value Centre in Weltevreden Park received a rather unpleasant visit from the Honeydew Police Crime Intelligence Unit, who raided the shops for counterfeit goods on Wednesday, 16 October.
According to the Honeydew Police spokesperson, Captain Balan Muthan, counterfeit watches to the value of R845 050,00 were seized.
The operation involved the Spoor & Fisher anti-counterfeit company and the Honeydew Echo Unit, which is part of the Honeydew Police.
