Date a dog at the market

CLAW dogs from the clinic based in Durban Deep, Roodepoort will be spending a day at the Linden Market under the concept ‘Date a Dog’ that was started by Benji + Moon Online Pet Supplies on Saturday 28 September.

Benji + Moon will be hosting the market with CLAW dogs that are looking to be adopted. It’s expected to be an awesome day out with great food, entertainment and a range of fabulous goodies to buy from various stalls.

The idea is for market-goers to meet the dogs, fall in love and hopefully adopt them, or they can bring their own dogs if they’re just visiting the market.

There will be a ‘sponsor a collar’ feature during which market-goers can sponsor a collar for a dog in an impoverished community.

The Benji + Moon, Date-A-Dog and CLAW stand will also be a drop-off point for people that want to donate supplies needed for the clinic as per their wish list.

CLAW has no formal funding, so they rely heavily on donations. The stand will have a zapper QR code should people wish to donate, and cash donations will also be accepted on the day.

Safe parking will be available at Roosevelt High School, across the road from the market.
