The event was also the perfect opportunity to get some running done and contribute to a good cause by helping the less fortunate.
Featherbrooke Estate hosted a Neon Night Run on Friday, 13 September from 5pm till 7pm to raise funds for Angel’s Place Children’s Home.
Families and friends came out in their colourful running gear and enjoyed the very festive mood filled with live music and laughter.

The event was also the perfect opportunity to get some running done and contribute to a good cause by helping the less fortunate.
The live band, Jerry and the Bandits kept the crowds entertained with their upbeat music that guarantees to make anyone dance, sing along and feel good.

After the successful night run everybody enjoyed dinner at the Clubhouse Lapa in Featherbrooke Estate and the sumptuous gourmet boerie rolls were quickly sold out.
PR Director of Featherbrooke Estate, Shona Jonsson said, ”There can be nothing better seeing so many people having fun at the same time while raising much-needed funds for an excellent cause. My heart is over flowing!”

Every single rand taken at this event went straight to Angel’s Place Children’s Home, and the support from Featherbrooke residents and participants was second to none.
Ace Models Westrand assisted with ticket and raffle sales, marshals and equipment while Fidelity Security Services provided manpower to manage this glowing event and keep it safe so that unlimited fun could be had by all.
