The body found at Roodepoort Dam this morning, 19 September, has been confirmed by the police to be that of an African male.

Warrant Officer Khumalo stated that the man is believed to have been between 20 and 35 years of age. The cause of death is however still unknown and a case of inquest has been opened by the police.
