He is a South African international goalkeeper for Orlando Pirates in the Premier Soccer League.
Sandilands started off playing for the Benoni Northern Football Club before he was recruited by SuperSport United to join their academy.
He played his first-ever professional match at Silver Stars, which was against Mamelodi Sundowns.
Sandilands then moved to Mamelodi Sundowns as a goal keeper and won numerous titles, including the Absa Premiership and the CAF Champions League.
