Ward 71 councillor, René Benjamin is running a community project to collect clothes for underprivileged children to keep them warm this winter.
Residents are urged to donate beanies, booties, blankets and bolero tops – anything to keep the children warm and comfortable.
Those who can knit or crochet the above items are welcome to do so. The items will go towards helping young mothers who visit the municipal clinic.
