Residents who have long outstanding municipal-related queries with reference numbers are urged to attend the City of Johannesburg’s Open Day for Region C.
The purpose of this event is to give residents an opportunity to have their queries resolved. The City aims to attend to all unresolved queries older than 30 days.

The event will run over a two days – Wednesday, 12 June and Thursday, 13 June. Agents from City Power, Johannesburg Water, Valuations, Rates and Taxes, Planning, Billing Management, Customer Service, Pikitup and more will be available to help resolve everyone’s queries.
The venue is the Strubens Conference Room at the Roodepoort Theatre, 100 Christiaan de Wet Road, both days from 9am to 3pm.
