City Power is working on restoring power to affected areas on the West Rand after a distributor tripped at the Penny Street Substation on Tuesday, 4 June.
The areas include those in and around Princess and Witpoortjie.
According to City Power, power has been restored to 94 per cent of the affected areas. Residents will be updated throughout the process.
