I am a female resident of Roodepoort using the library here to study for exams. But this is being hampered by the very loud noise made by the three women who seem to be cleaning the garden, as they stand at the main window, laughing and talking very loudly.
The whole time I was there trying to concentrate on my preparations, I could not concentrate, and had to leave, as it seemed there was nobody there who could control this noise.
This is the only place I thought I would be able to concentrate and find stimulation from others that are studying too.
