Havies’ Welpies on fire this season
Havies' red team played against Laerskool Fochville, and won 8-1.
The U/7 Welpies at Laerskool Dr Havinga (Havies) have proved that long hours of training and hard work do pay off.
They had a good rugby season, winning almost all their games. On Saturday, 18 May, they played six matches at Laerskool Rapportryer, wining four and losing two.
The results were:
Havies’ red team played its first game against Laerskool Fochville, and won by 8–1.
The red team’s second match was against Laerskool Krugersdorp Noord, and Havies won 3–1.
The blue team played its first game against Laerskool Gerrit Maritz Primary, and won by 5–1.
Their second match was against Laerskool Fochville, but Havies lost 6–1.
The yellow team played its first game against Laerskool Krugersdorp Noord, and Havies won 10–5.
Their second match was against Laerskool Fochville, but Havies lost 5–2.
Over all, though, it was a good season for Laerskool Dr Havinga’s rugby teams.
