The festival is hosted to raise funds for Con Amore School – a dual medium, special needs school catering for children with Severe to Profound Intellectual Disabilities.

One of the HWA wrestlers to entertain the crowd on the day is Steve Eden of the West Rand. Others to join him are The Ripper, Dirty Jackson, Gene “The Clown”, Quin, Azazel and The Bandit.
“The event will consist of singles matches and tag team matches and also two title defences as current South African Champion, Ultimate Nathan and newly crowned World Champion, Hector Payne, will put their titles on the line,” read the statement.
