Honeydew Police are on the hunt for five robbers that targeted a PEP store in the Retail Crossing Shopping Centre in Strubens Valley on Saturday, 25 May.
According to Honeydew Police spokesperson, Captain Balan Muthan, the armed robbery took place at 9.20am.
“The store was open for business when five thugs, one armed a firearm, walked into the store and threatened the staff and customers. One of them went to an office while others took R5 000 from the tills and new cellphones,” Muthan explained.

Muthan added that the robbers arrived and left in a silver Toyota Corolla and a silver Hyundai Accent.
