A search for house robbers in an informal settlement in Florida yielded positive results when two suspects were arrested on Wednesday, 22 May.
According to Ask the Chief JMPD Facebook page, Florida Police requested backup from the JMPD’s K9 officers at about 8am to search for suspects in an informal settlement. They were linked to a house robbery.

“Two shacks were searched and two suspects were arrested and identified as the ones who had committed the robbery,” the post read.
A firearm and live ammunition were recovered.

The suspects were consequently charged with house robbery, possession of an unlicensed firearm and live ammunition, and detained at Florida Police Station.
