Have a heart and help Have a Heart Care Centre find a new home
We appeal for gas stoves, gas bottles and a generator as an immediate solution to help.
The Wings of Inspiration Care Centre urges residents to help them find the Have a Heart Care Centre a new home.
This comes after illegal connections were installed prior to the organisation moving into their current building. City Power has disconnected the entire system, leaving the elderly residents without power. Wings of Inspiration has partnered with Have a Heart, and provides them with food parcels, but now they need to help them find new premises. They are currently facing a huge crisis due to the disconnection.
“We appeal for gas stoves, gas bottles and a generator as an immediate solution to the issue. We have some residents in their 80s and urgently need to find them a new home,” said Anthea Da Costa, one of the co-founders of Wings of Inspiration.
If you know of a property that they could rent for maximum of R16 000 per month, please call Shane on 084 318 8244 or Anthea on 071 829 1293.
