Horison Blockwatch meets the community

Be involved in your community

 

On the morning of Saturday, 6 April, the Horison Blockwatch held a meet-and greet-with the community at the corner of Mouton and Ontdekkers Roads.

The community was invited to meet the members of the Horison Blockwatch, and were given an opportunity to find out how to get involved with the blockwatch. Residents were encouraged to stop for a cold drink, tea and a chat with the members.

“We invited the community today to encourage them to get involved in the blockwatch, It is important that residents stay alerted and aware of the happenings in their neighborhood ,” said the chairperson, Steve du Toit.
