How to report your municipal issues
Always keep your reference number when logging issues
Residents are urged to report any municipal service delivery failures.
If issues are not logged on the City’s service delivery system, the entities are likely to remain unaware of the breakdowns, which will then probably remain unresolved.
“If your issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, then please send the reference number to me on 073 734 0061 so that I can escalate the matter.” said, Ward 71 councillor René Benjamin.
