
Once again, I am complaining about the Metro bus service – when will this saga end? When will the bus service return to good and proper, and with a customer-centric view?
On Saturday, 16 March, for instance, the bus just passed us without stopping, with the driver waving in a very friendly manner at us, thinking this is one big joke! This is not on.
He drove so fast that I could not take a picture of him or his bus. Why this bad attitude? Is it Joburg’s intention to be embarrassed? The drivers also take money without issuing tickets.
It seems that Metrobus is a law on their own, and that Joburg has lost control of them.
