Trailers impounded along Hendrik Potgieter Road

At least seven advertising trailers were impounded by the Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) along Hendrik Potgieter Road on evening of 10 March.

According to an ‘Ask the Chief’ Facebook post,the trailers were impounded because they fell under transit advertising, meaning they had to be constantly moving.

However, the post stated that an approved trailer is allocated to a designated area if it has an approval sticker.
