Yesterday, to my dismay, the bus to Roodepoort was delayed, again.
When it finally arrived, it was so overloaded that it far exceeded the safety standards.
Last year, Metrobus apologised, saying that the double-decker buses are in for refurbishment and will soon be working.
What happens if one of these buses is in an accident? Will the insurance pay out?
Complaining to Metrobus does not help, as they failed to acknowledge my last email, let alone reply to it. They just ignored it.
