Did the ground beneath you tremble?

Numerous West Rand residents felt what is believed to have been an earth tremor this morning, Friday, 1 March.

According to Gauteng Weather, a 3,7 magnitude tremor was recorded at exactly 6.56am with its epicentre near Randfontein.

According to comments on Twitter, the tremble was felt by residents as far as the Randburg area. The quake is believed to have lasted two seconds.
