A couple, who are either really married or are pretending to be, has a sick scam using children to do their dirty work and in the process, they corrupt the little children.
According to reports on social media, the couple pretends to be looking for a good crèche for their ‘children’. It is uncertain whether the children are really theirs or not. It is said that the couple operates in Helderkruin but they might be committing their crime elsewhere as well. Their modus operandi is to visit crèches neatly dressed, pretending to be ‘new parents’ looking for a crèche for their child/ children.

In CCTV footage, it can be seen how the ‘parents’ enter the establishment. The ‘mother’ is carrying what seems to be a little girl and a little boy of no more than four or five years old. As soon as the parents are out of view of the camera, presumably with a member of staff do to a tour, the boy starts looking around until he sees what looks like a cellphone on a counter. He hastily takes it and then hides it in his pants.
The couple drive a black Audi.
Parents and crèche employees should be vigilant.
