I would like to thank the Chatroom for recently inviting me to one of their meetings and am pleased that I attended as I saw so many positive people and the difference they are making.
I take my hat off to the organisers of the monthly meetings for what they do for the community.
As an advocate for healthy living, I am looking forward to enlightening the members of the Chatroom about how important nutrition is to the body and taking care of it.
The Chatroom takes place every first Saturday of every month at the NG Kerk Constantiakruin, in Constantia Kloof. The members meet to discuss cancer-related problems and bring in experts in the field to counsel and elaborate on the disease for survivors and caregivers.
