On Sunday, 10 February, the Joburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) officers recovered a stolen vehicle.
According to JMPD chief, David Tembe, the recovered vehicle is a VW Jetta and it was recovered on the N1 South Maraisburg.

No mention of an arrest was made.
This recovery forms part of Operation Buya Mthetho, meaning ‘bring back the law’, which is ongoing in the City of Johannesburg.
