The Roodepoort Customer Service Centre at the Civic Centre in Florida Park is not fully operational today, 11 February.
According to a statement by the City of Johannesburg, this is due to cable theft. Customers are advised to use alternative customer care centres:
• Randburg Customer Service Centre, corner of Bram Fischer Drive and Jan Smuts Road
• Thuso House Customer Service Centre, 61 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein
Alternatively, customers can contact the Call Centre on 0860 JOBURG (562 874).
