During the weekend of 4 to 6 January, Roodepoort Police arrested 22 suspects during stop-and-search operations.
The suspects, aged between 22 and 66, were arrested for the following charges – murder, reckless and negligent driving, driving under the Influence of alcohol, corruption, possession of suspected drugs and shoplifting.
The suspects were charged and detained at Roodepoort Police Station.
