WATCH: Big storm predicted this afternoon
Severe thunderstorms have been predicted across Gauteng this afternoon, Tuesday, 8 January.
Gauteng Weather tweeted the following potential threats; heavy downpours, large amounts of small hail and strong winds.

The storm has started brewing in parts of Roodepoort, and motorists have been advised to drive with care.
The storm is expected to last up until 11pm, according to the tweet.
