Motorists advised about poor weather

The Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) spokesperson Superintendent Wayne Minnaar warned motorists to reduce speed and keep a safe following distance.

 

As temperatures across Johannesburg remain low and are accompanied by thunderstorms and rainfall, motorists are reminded to exercise caution.

The Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) spokesperson, Superintendent Wayne Minnaar said, “Motorists are reminded to adjust their driving in the rain, reduce speed, maintain a safe following distance and keep headlights switched on in the rain,” he cautioned.
