Ward 71 councillor, René Benjamin, has advised residents that they have an opportunity to give comment or input on the request to extend a local guest house.
“Because the guest house is in a residential area, residents have the right to comment on the proposed extension of the guest house,” Benjamin said. The site measures 1 502 square metres, and is situated at 2848 Albertina Sisulu Road, Witpoortjie.
Should you wish to comment on this application, ensure that your comments reach the Development Planning office by no later than 6 January next year. Should no reply be received, it will be assumed that there is no comment.
