A post is doing the rounds on social media saying that all the passengers on a bus en route to Westgate Shopping Centre have been robbed.
At this stage, details are still sketchy but in an accompanying voice-note from a woman who claims she was on the bus, she said that the perpetrators started at the back of the bus demanding, at gun point, that passengers hand over their cellphones and other valuables. The woman managed to hide her cellphone, however. The bus driver was allegedly also robbed.

It is uncertain where on the route the incident took place, how many perpetrators and passengers there were, and whether it was a Metrobus, or not.
Metrobus spokesperson, Goodwill Shivuru, told the Record that he is investigating the alleged incident.
