The 27-year-old Charl Masila Welcome has been missing since 20 October.
His friend, Varian Mapson and family are highly concerned as to his whereabouts. Welcome, who is a well-known barber in Florida, was last seen after a night out clubbing. It is uncertain what he was wearing when last seen. He is described as tall with the letter L tattooed on his neck. Mapson said one of his arms is also covered in tattoos, but he could not remember which one.
