Earth Centre welcomes community for 10th annual market day

The day was a huge success and saw hundreds of community members throng to the Earth Centre.

The Earth Centre’s 10th annual market day was a tremendous success as hundreds of members of the community came out it in support.

A typically warm and sunny summer’s day blessed the market with the perfect weather for lying back in the shade and just doing absolutely nothing. A number of schools and organisations were also present on the day, each carrying out their own individual horse-riding performances.

All sorts of curios, food, and clothing were on sale as well, and each stall continuously peaked every visitor’s interest. While it was undoubtedly rather warm in the sun, the children thoroughly enjoyed the pony rides on offer from the Earth Centre while the parents lay back in the shade and enjoyed a few ice-cold drinks.
