Bakkie overturns on Doreen Road
It was confirmed that the road was reopened after the bakkie was towed away from the scene.
Yesterday, Monday, 29 October, a bakkie caused a huge traffic jam when it overturned on the bend on Doreen Road.
A video of the incident was shared on different online groups as onlookers advised motorists about the traffic backlog on both sides of Doreen Road.
It was confirmed that the road was reopened after the bakkie was towed away from the scene.

The incident comes a week after a heavy load truck jack-knifed on the same road, raising concerns about the prohibition of heavy vehicles and excessive speeding on that road.
