Lungi needs your votes to make her dream come true
Voting closes on 10 November
Record journalist, Lungi Ndimande, needs the community’s assistance to help her eradicate the stigma surrounding bigger women.
She has entered the Miss Curvybody SA and Miss Plus Size Soweto Pageants, and has just been announced as one of the Top 20 finalists.
“I am thrilled to be one of the Top 20, which means I am one step closer to my goal. But, I need the community’s help,” she said.
She added that children – and even adults – are subjected to bullying and body shaming on a daily basis, and said, “Help me fight against this stigma, by voting for me.”
