Orders now open for the Lions Clubs’ famous Christmas cakes
Buy a Christmas cake and support a good cause
Christmas is around the corner, and orders for the Lions Clubs’ famous Christmas cakes are now open.
“Lions throughout South Africa have been selling these Christmas cakes to raise money for community service projects since 1975. These projects are done in line with our pillars of service, which include vision, hunger, diabetes, paediatric cancer and the environment as well as projects aimed at our youth,” said Sandy van Heerden, the Public Relations Officer at the Lions Club of Wilro Park.
She added that the cakes are packed in a gift box and make beautiful Christmas gifts for friends, neighbours, family, teachers, staff and clients.
“By purchasing these delicious, one kilogram Christmas cakes, you will be helping to improve the lives of many South Africans within our communities. The cakes cost R110 each,” said Sandy.
For more information on how to place an order with your local Lions Club, contact Sandy on 083 564 6388.
Sandy concluded by saying, “We thank you for your support and for helping us to help others!”
