WATCH: Mi Casa and Lira showed West Rand how to party
They kept the crowd singing and dancing to their hit songs.
The West Rand partied up a storm with award-winning music band Mi Casa and acclaimed songstress Lira at The Globe at Silverstar on 29 September.
They kept the crowd singing and dancing to hit songs from their best-selling albums. The crowd was also rubbing shoulders with other celebrities such as Kuli Roberts, South Africa’s fashion and beauty tabloid journalist and television presenter.

Kuli is also well known for co-hosting SABC3’s TrendingSA. Motivational speaker Nambitha Mpumlwana, popularly known as Mawande in the popular SABC1 soapie Generations, also came to watch the amazing performance MiCasa and Lira gave on the stage.
After enjoying four hours of top-class performances, fans shared their views.“It was my first time watching a live performance and I truly enjoyed the show. Watching them lit up the stage like that was amazing. I would not mind watching them again and again,” said Livhuwani Sikhala.

“I am just so fascinated by the dance moves of MiCasa’s J’Something. I wish he could teach me to dance like that. To top my night, Lira sang one of my favourite songs,” said Basetsana Lepedi.
