Bronwyn Cook, Noogy’s owner, said that she went missing earlier today (3 October) after presumably squeezing through the pedestrian gate on their property on Brook Road in Weltevreden Park.
Noogy is a white Maltese poodle and was recently groomed, so her fair is shorter than it would be. She is 12 years old, and slightly blind and deaf.
Bronwyn did mention that due to her partial blindness Noogy could be quite disorientated. She doesn’t wear a collar, but she is microchipped so vets can trace her back to Bronwyn.
Noogy never got out before, according to Bronwyn, but now that she’s been groomed and her fur is much shorter, she was able to squeeze through the gate and escape.
