Maragon preschoolers take it back to the golden days
Regardless of the nerves the little ones had, they put on spectacular performances.
For weeks, excitement filled the air around Maragon’s Eaglets as they spent countless hour preparing to wow their moms and dads.
Maragon Ruimsig’s Eaglets, as the school’s preschool learners are affectionately known, had been practising for weeks as excited as anything to perform in the ‘big hall’. The Eaglets could barely contain their excitement as they counted down the sleeps until “mom and dad come to watch our concert”.
As the big nights arrived, the crackling sound of the radio tunes in the background got the audiences buzzing, creating a joyous atmosphere. The stage came alive with the toddlers from Radio City celebrating greatest hits from the 50s through to the 90s. With songs such as Jailhouse Rock, Footloose and Cotton Eye Joe, it was sure to get everyone’s feet tapping and heads swaying.
The little Eaglets definitely boogied and jived their way into the hearts of the audience every night.
