If so, why does the third-party service provider not contact the customer telephonically to make arrangements?

We have been warned. We will not open for you, even if you are in a bakkie with electrician signage.

Treat us with more respect as we are the customer and pay your salary. Without our business you would not have a job.

Make decent arrangements and schedule an appointment for the installation.
