Family feud leaves one wounded
The cause of the fight is said to be a family-related argument between the in-laws.
An ugly scuffle between two men resulted in one of them being stabbed on Hendrik Potgieter Road in Little Falls on 27 August. The cause of the fight is said to be a family-related argument between the in-laws.
According to BCI Security, which received an urgent call to assist in separating the fighting men, they got to the scene after the stabbing of one of the men had occurred.
“Upon arrival, our operations team was confronted by a knife-wielding man who had already stabbed another man,” said Gary Jordaan, BCI’s media liaison officer.

He added that his team managed to persuade the man to put his knife down. “He was then handcuffed and detained while we waited for the police to arrive, “Gary explained.
Subsequent to that, the police arrived and took the suspects away for further questioning.
The injured victim sustained stab wounds to his head, face and hand and was treated by an incident support team from the security company.
