Various schools welcomed at Maragon for Theatrix shows
Four schools graced Maragon Ruimsig's Theatrix stage for three theatrical eprformances from 14-16 August.
Maragon Ruimsig’s Primary School played host to three other primary schools for three days of theatrical fun between 14 and 16 August.
The shows were performed by Theatrix groups from Trinityhouse Little Falls Primary School, Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge Primary School, Laerskool Helderkruin, and of course Maragon Ruimsig Primary School. The three shows all got under way at 6.30pm, with children in Grades 4–7 seeking to subscribe to Alice in Wonderland’s idea of believing in as many as six impossible things before breakfast.
The learners undoubtedly did more than six, albeit after dinner, and not before breakfast. The shows went off without a hitch as Maragon’s little theatre provided an intimate and atmospheric venue for all the items.
