Following the collapse of part of 9th Avenue in Weltevreden Park, Ward 126 councillor, David Brand, brought in the Johannesburg Roads Agency engineer, Joseph Modisaotsile, to share his perspective on the catastrophe.
David interviewed the engineer at the road closure on 9th Avenue between JG Strydom and Rugby Roads.
